What you'll do

As the Director of Developer Relations, you will lead the RippleX Ecosystem Growth team, focusing on how developers discover, onboard, build, and scale applications on the XRP Ledger. You will set the vision and strategy for developer experience, ensuring that it aligns with Ripple's broader goals of transforming the global financial system. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to gather feedback from developers, which will inform the development of new features and improvements to the XRP Ledger.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that support developers, including workshops, hackathons, and educational resources. Your leadership will be crucial in driving adoption of institutional-grade use cases, such as asset tokenization and next-generation payment infrastructure. You will work closely with businesses and governments to showcase the capabilities of the XRP Ledger and how it can facilitate transformative financial innovation.

Your success in this role will directly impact Ripple's growth trajectory and market position. You will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that Ripple remains at the forefront of developer engagement in the blockchain space.
