You are detail-oriented yet flexible, adapting quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment. Your resourcefulness and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle logistical challenges effectively, making you a trusted confidante to executive leaders.

You are proficient in using tools like Confluence for documentation and project management, which helps streamline communication and collaboration within the finance organization. Your experience in managing travel arrangements and organizing meetings showcases your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to a values-oriented team, supporting leadership in achieving their goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will strategically manage the calendars of the CFO, CPO, CLO, and several VPs, ensuring that their time is allocated efficiently. You will provide logistical and administrative support for leadership meetings, off-sites, board meetings, and all-hands events, ensuring that all details are meticulously organized. Your responsibilities will include deck design for presentations, managing travel arrangements, and preparing for unforeseen changes that may arise. You will also be responsible for organizing expense reports and assisting with ad hoc special projects as needed.

You will partner closely with the CEO's Chief of Staff and other executive business partners on key projects, contributing to the overall success of the finance organization. Your role will require you to handle confidential information with care, maintaining the trust of the executives you support. You will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment, where communication and teamwork are prioritized, ultimately helping LaunchDarkly achieve its mission of empowering teams to build better software, faster.
