Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing operations, with a proven track record of managing marketing tech stacks and ensuring data integrity. Your expertise in HubSpot allows you to leverage its full potential to drive engagement and optimize marketing processes. You are a revenue-minded leader who understands the importance of aligning marketing efforts with business needs.

You excel at architecting and governing marketing automation ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow between various platforms. Your ability to partner with marketing leadership enables you to design and scale measurement programs that demonstrate the ROI of marketing spend. You are proactive in sourcing and implementing new solutions to address business bottlenecks, making you a key player in the marketing team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical orchestration of the marketing tech stack, focusing on HubSpot as the primary platform. You will architect and maintain the Global Reporting Framework within HubSpot, ensuring 100% data integrity and providing a single source of truth for lead-to-revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Leadership to design and scale measurement programs that prove the efficacy of marketing initiatives.

You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the marketing tech stack, proactively identifying and implementing new solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Acting as the operational bridge between Marketing, Web/Engineering, and Revenue Operations, you will work to eliminate execution friction and accelerate campaign velocity. Your role will involve designing and owning technical tracking frameworks for major multi-channel campaigns, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
