What you'll do
As an Implementation Engineer at Laurel, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' technical operations. You will work closely with our Principal Partner Engineers to ensure seamless integrations between Laurel's AI Time platform and client Practice Management Systems. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex technical issues and providing guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into technical requirements, ensuring that our solutions align with their business objectives. Your expertise will help clients optimize their use of our platform, enabling them to capture and analyze time data effectively. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
