What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the newly formed AI Operations & Strategy team, working directly under the Office of the CEO. Your primary focus will be to identify key workflows across the organization that can benefit from AI integration. You will collaborate with various departments to analyze current processes, gather insights, and propose strategic initiatives that leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity.

You will be responsible for executing high-visibility projects that require cross-functional collaboration. This includes working closely with teams in product development, engineering, and operations to ensure that AI solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives. You will also monitor the impact of these initiatives, using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
