What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at lemon.markets, you will lead one of our core engineering teams, focusing on the development of our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end engineering process, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions your team develops meet the needs of our partners and customers.

You will set clear goals for your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. Regular one-on-one meetings will be a key part of your management approach, allowing you to mentor team members and facilitate their professional development.
