What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the governance operations team, ensuring that lemon.markets maintains a secure and compliant infrastructure. You will develop and oversee policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements while supporting the company's mission to provide seamless access to capital markets. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in governance and risk management, as well as monitoring compliance with internal and external standards.

You will also play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction by providing insights and recommendations based on regulatory changes and industry trends. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence within the organization. You will work closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure that the Brokerage-as-a-Service platform meets the highest standards of security and reliability.
