What you'll do

As a Python Developer at Lendable, you will join the Central Operations team, working on shared operational challenges across core products like Cards, Loans, and Motor. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the technology that supports these products, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate closely with other teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.

You will take ownership of your projects, making decisions that drive material impact on the direction and success of Lendable. Your role will involve building in-house technology using new data sources and leveraging machine learning to automate processes. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.
