You have extensive experience in credit risk management, ideally within the fintech sector, and possess a strong analytical mindset that allows you to make data-driven decisions. You are commercially-minded and understand the nuances of personal finance products, having worked on strategies that enhance growth and mitigate risk. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can drive initiatives that align with business objectives. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact from day one. Desirable
