What you'll do

As a Business Analyst at LendingTree, you will independently own analyses for a defined business area, assessing business problems and determining the appropriate data and methodology to address them. You will deliver clean, well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations that provide clarity on campaign and partner performance. Your role will involve identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies, translating these findings into clear recommendations for the Revenue Operations group.

You will serve as the primary analytics partner for the Revenue Operations team, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives. Your insights will help drive revenue growth by discovering and removing operational bottlenecks. You will also be responsible for building reports that provide clarity on technical systems, ensuring that stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
