You have extensive experience as a hands-on software engineer and have successfully led engineering teams in the past. You are ready to tackle some of the most challenging problems in the industry, from managing millions of API requests to architecting best-in-class open-source SDKs. You are customer-focused and thrive in collaborative environments, ensuring that your team delivers solutions that exceed expectations.
You possess strong technical skills and are familiar with best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and continuous deployments. You understand the importance of mentorship and are passionate about guiding your team towards continuous improvement and innovation.
What you'll do
As an Engineering Manager at LibLab, you will be responsible for managing a group of talented engineers, providing both technical guidance and mentorship.
