What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Storyous, you will lead a feature team of backend, frontend, and mobile engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality. You will manage team performance through structured reviews and coaching, helping your team members grow in their careers.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, compliance, and engineering to deliver features that enhance onboarding efficiency while maintaining regulatory integrity. Your role will involve driving high standards for clean architecture, security, automation, and maintainability across the systems you oversee.

You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, organizing team events, and ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of the systems that power customer onboarding and verification across Europe.
