You are comfortable collaborating with engineers and safety researchers — your communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex ideas and findings. You thrive in a remote work environment, leveraging global collaboration tools to connect with teammates and contribute to projects that redefine how AI is utilized in translation and communication.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate on projects focused on adversarial testing of AI systems, including large language models and multimodal models. Your primary responsibility will be to craft prompts and scenarios that test model guardrails, ensuring that the AI systems are robust against potential adversarial attacks. You will systematically document your findings and work closely with engineers to improve system defenses based on your insights.

You will engage in creative problem-solving, thinking outside the box to identify vulnerabilities in AI systems. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the quality and reliability of LILT's AI offerings, making information accessible to users across different languages. You will also participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to share your findings and suggest improvements to existing models and systems.
