What you'll do

As the Captain of the National Geographic Venture, you will be responsible for the overall safety of the vessel and the well-being of all crew members. You will oversee all operations on board, ensuring that every action taken aligns with the interests of Lindblad Expeditions. Your role will involve direct supervision of the crew, ensuring that they are trained and prepared for any situation that may arise.
