What you'll do

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Data Team at Lodgify, collaborating closely with the Product department. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze user journeys and optimize them for better conversion rates. You will define and track key customer value metrics, ensuring that all product strategies are aligned with user needs and business goals. You will design and lead A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of product changes, providing actionable insights that will guide future developments.

You will also be responsible for translating complex data findings into clear recommendations for product teams, helping them understand the implications of data on user behavior and product performance. Your insights will directly influence product optimization efforts, ensuring that Lodgify continues to lead in the vacation rental industry.
