What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Lodgify’s People Analytics capabilities. You will work closely with various teams to improve the quality of People data, ensuring that it is reliable and actionable. Your insights will help leaders make informed decisions that impact the organization positively.

You will define clear metrics that align with the company's goals and objectives, enabling a data-driven approach to People management. Your role will involve analyzing trends and patterns in People data, providing recommendations that enhance workforce planning and overall organizational effectiveness.
