Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis, particularly in the context of human resources — your experience includes analyzing employee data related to compensation, attrition, recruitment, and performance metrics. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of data accuracy and accessibility in shaping employee experiences. Your professional fluency in English allows you to present data clearly and concisely, making complex information understandable for various stakeholders.

You are a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with others — you are comfortable supporting your team with technical needs and quick-turnaround data requests. Your understanding of market benchmarking methodology and salary surveys is an advantage, as it helps you provide valuable insights into compensation strategies. You have proven experience handling highly confidential and sensitive compensation information, ensuring that data privacy is always maintained.

What you'll do

As a People Data Analyst at JFrog, you will be responsible for analyzing various employee data sets, including headcount, compensation, attrition, recruitment, retention, performance, and training metrics. You will establish and run regular audits on payroll-related data, benefits, and equity to ensure alignment with company policies and market standards. Your role will involve collaborating with the C&B and people analytics team to drive strategic growth through competitive reward programs.

You will also work closely with HR and management to provide actionable insights that support decision-making processes. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and patterns within the data, allowing the organization to make informed decisions regarding talent management. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by ensuring that data is not only accurate but also accessible to those who need it.
