What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment and excitement across the business and for your customers. You will actively engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and translate those insights into actionable product features. Collaborating closely with UX design and customer experience teams, you will gather feedback and iterate on product offerings to enhance user satisfaction. You will also work with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that address complex customer challenges.

Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics for your product initiatives, conducting user research, and leading A/B testing to validate product hypotheses. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product launches are executed smoothly and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
