You are an analytically-minded individual with over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in the B2B software space. Your passion for understanding customer needs drives you to create impactful product strategies that resonate with enterprise clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with UX design, customer experience, and sales teams to gather insights and deliver maximum value. Your strong technical leadership skills enable you to effectively partner with engineering teams, particularly in software and AI, to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage deeply with enterprise customers and align their needs with your product roadmap. Your ability to work across different time zones and cultures, particularly with teams in Canada, the UK, and India, showcases your adaptability and commitment to fostering strong relationships. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment and excitement across the business and for your customers. You will actively engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and translate those insights into actionable product features. Collaborating closely with UX design and customer experience teams, you will gather feedback and iterate on product offerings to enhance user satisfaction. You will also work with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that address complex customer challenges.
Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics for your product initiatives, conducting user research, and leading A/B testing to validate product hypotheses. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product launches are executed smoothly and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall product strategy by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes, ensuring that Loopio remains at the forefront of the industry.
