What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for a key area of Loopio's platform, guiding it from discovery through delivery and iteration. You will collaborate closely with design and customer experience teams to understand how customers evaluate and adopt automated workflows, ensuring that the solutions you develop effectively address their needs.

You will partner with engineering and data science to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that involve content retrieval, search, document processing, and data extraction. Your focus will be on improving output accuracy and reducing the need for manual validation, enabling faster and more reliable outcomes for customers.

Defining, tracking, and optimizing success metrics will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you aim to enhance adoption, retention, and automation rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with customer expectations and market demands.
