What you'll do

In this role, you will join a dynamic team of engineers, product managers, and designers to architect and deliver cutting-edge features for Loopio's platform. You will be responsible for building scalable solutions that power the platform used by leading organizations worldwide. Your role will involve close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India, requiring you to adapt to different time zones and work schedules.

You will engage in pair programming, technical design reviews, and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the technical direction of the product, and you will play a key role in scaling systems and evolving the product to meet user needs. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, helping them grow in their careers and improve their technical skills.
