You are a seasoned finance professional with a CPA certification and over 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a controller or assistant controller role. Your background ideally includes experience in high-tech or startup environments, giving you a strong understanding of financial and tax compliance in Israel. You possess a problem-solving mindset and are proficient in Excel, with experience in financial systems and ERP systems being an advantage. Your fluency in both English and Hebrew allows you to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.

What you'll do

As the Corporate Controller at Lumen, you will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and statutory regulations. You will prepare financial statements and develop internal financial processes, policies, and controls to enhance efficiency. Overseeing payroll processing and expense reports will be part of your responsibilities, as will providing accurate and timely financial reporting packages for management, investors, and other stakeholders.

You will partner with external accountants and consultants to manage the financial compliance and reporting of global subsidiaries, working closely with the company’s external auditors during interim and annual audits. Supporting the CFO in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes will be crucial, as will playing a pivotal role in accounting and finance-related projects as Lumen scales globally. Your contributions will directly impact the company's financial health and operational success.
