Lumen is hiring a Head of User Acquisition to lead global user acquisition efforts. You'll develop and execute strategies across multiple channels, leveraging data for insights. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale acquisition campaigns.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in user acquisition, having successfully managed large-scale campaigns across various channels, both online and offline. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies that drive sustainable growth. You are data-driven, leveraging insights to optimize performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS, ensuring alignment with company goals.

You excel in channel ownership, overseeing multi-channel acquisition efforts that include paid media on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, as well as organic acquisition and partnerships. Your leadership skills shine as you build, mentor, and manage a high-performing user acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Your analytical skills are strong, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and SQL, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user acquisition strategies. You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the user acquisition strategy, ensuring it is comprehensive and aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will manage and optimize performance metrics, focusing on key indicators such as customer acquisition cost and lifetime value. Your oversight of multi-channel acquisition efforts will include managing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
