Who you are

You have a strong background in user acquisition and digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing advertising campaigns. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads allows you to effectively drive e-commerce sales and optimize marketing funnels. You are skilled in analyzing e-commerce trends and consumer behaviors, which informs your advertising strategies. Your ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) ensures that you can measure the success of your campaigns effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex data in an actionable manner to various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Your experience in D2C, wellness, health, nutrition, diet, fitness, or supplements industries is highly valued, as it aligns with Lumen's mission to promote metabolic health.

What you'll do

As the User Acquisition Manager at Lumen, you will spearhead campaigns with a multi-million dollar monthly budget, targeting a worldwide audience. You will develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive e-commerce sales effectively. Your role involves analyzing e-commerce trends and consumer behaviors to inform your advertising strategies, ensuring that your campaigns resonate with the target audience.

You will design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Generating comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis, and ROI will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align online advertising with overall e-commerce and marketing goals. Continuously analyzing data will help you identify opportunities and challenges within the e-commerce strategy, allowing you to adapt and refine your approach as needed.
