Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing deployments and scaling solutions within customer environments — your experience allows you to navigate complex workflows and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven products. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes.
You are comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and workflows — this technical fluency helps you translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, ensures that deployments are aligned with customer needs and expectations. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive successful outcomes.
Desirable
Experience deploying healthcare software or enterprise platforms is a plus — this background will enhance your ability to understand the unique challenges faced by organizations in critical sectors. Familiarity with AI-driven products will also be beneficial as you work to implement innovative solutions that automate complex workflows.
What you'll do
As a Deployment Strategist at Luminai, you will own the deployment process for our AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are adopted and scaled effectively within customer environments. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into reliable, production-ready deployments. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable plans that lead to successful implementation.
You will be responsible for managing the deployment lifecycle, from initial planning through to execution and ongoing support. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the deployment are addressed and that any potential issues are proactively managed. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with both technical teams and customer representatives to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
In addition to managing deployments, you will also play a key role in gathering feedback from customers and using this information to inform future product development. Your insights will help shape the direction of our solutions and ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
