You are a highly motivated and experienced Coach with a passion for supporting operations and enhancing customer experiences. Your ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in customer segments allows you to drive improvements in policies, processes, and training. You have a keen eye for high-quality support and are dedicated to identifying trends and actionable opportunities to enhance the agent and customer experience.
Your analytical skills are top-notch, enabling you to engage in root cause analysis and deep dives into ticket and data analysis. You are comfortable performing agent observations and shadowing to pinpoint issues and drive continuous improvement. You work closely with Team Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams to implement both short and long-term solutions that enhance overall operations.
What you'll do
As a Team Coach at Lyft, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Safety and Customer Care team. You will partner closely with leadership within a customer-facing segment to provide daily agent and ticket monitoring. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth ticket and data analysis, as well as supporting various projects and initiatives. You will regularly engage with agent and customer data to identify trends and drive improvements in the operation for your team.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring agents, helping them to improve their performance and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including training, content, and analytics, to ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will also be instrumental in driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensuring that all members feel supported and empowered to thrive.
What we offer
Lyft offers a competitive base pay range for this position in the Nashville area, which is between $50,180 and $62,730, not inclusive of potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
