Tecovas is hiring a Team Lead for their 5th and Broadway location in Nashville. You'll manage store operations and enhance customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

As a natural leader, you support store leadership in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent β you believe in the power of teamwork and communication to create a seamless balance between operational, visual, and customer priorities. You are dedicated to developing your team, ensuring they receive world-class training and support to excel in their roles. You are proactive in suggesting improvements to training programs and ensuring compliance with established policies and best practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection, demonstrating extraordinary service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will support the store leadership in managing total store operations, ensuring a profitable and customer-centric environment. Your responsibilities will include facilitating an energized pace and positive service environment while fostering strong communication and teamwork among staff.
You will play a key role in training and developing new team members, delivering in-person training alongside e-learning initiatives. Regular check-ins with the Tecovas HQ Retail Training team will be part of your routine, allowing you to monitor team progress and suggest improvements to training programs. You will work closely with store leadership to prepare, plan, schedule, and execute new hire training, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide the best customer experience possible.
