What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Lyft's 2026 brand campaign, scaling it from regional pilots to a culturally fluent, category-defining platform. You will define and drive strategies to grow Top-of-Mind awareness and Brand Uniqueness scores in key priority markets across North America. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the rollout of Lyft's new Brand Identity system and executing high-impact strategies to win over habitual competitor users. You will collaborate deeply with creative, media, product, and regional teams to advance Lyft's challenger mindset. Your work will be pivotal in positioning Lyft as the preferred choice for riders, and you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Success in this role will require a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, ensuring that all brand initiatives align with Lyft's overall mission and objectives.
