What you'll do

As an Associate on the Lyft Business Support team, you will be the first point of contact for partners who may be contacting Lyft. You will provide white glove support to a variety of customers, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include owning each resolution from start to finish, utilizing existing support programs and resources to deliver quality outcomes for small, large, and strategic customers alike. You will work in an omnichannel environment, engaging with customers through various communication channels to ensure their needs are met effectively.

You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on customer interactions, identifying trends, and providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Your role will require you to collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support.

What we offer

Lyft offers a competitive salary range for this position in the Nashville area, which is $16.62 - $20.77 per hour, not inclusive of potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
