You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI and data-driven solutions — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that enhance user experiences. Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Mapping team at Lyft, focusing on the integration of AI into mapping functionalities. You will drive the strategy for building AI agents that automate map improvements and enhance the overall user experience for both riders and drivers. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to implement innovative solutions. You will analyze large volumes of ride data to identify trends and insights that can inform product decisions. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of AI-driven projects, ensuring they align with Lyft's mission to reinvent transportation. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, presenting updates and insights to senior leadership, and advocating for user needs throughout the product development process. Your role will also involve mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
What we offer
Lyft offers a competitive salary range of $176,000 - $220,000, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
