Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in technology or software industries — you've successfully driven go-to-market strategies and understand how to position complex products in a competitive landscape. Your background includes working closely with product and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product development, ensuring that messaging resonates with customers and stakeholders alike.
You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business — you can articulate the value of generative and agentic AI capabilities to diverse audiences, including customers, analysts, and partners. Your experience includes developing differentiated marketing programs that effectively communicate product benefits and drive user adoption.
You are skilled in crafting compelling messaging and packaging that captures the essence of innovative products — you know how to create narratives that engage and inform, making complex concepts accessible to a broad audience. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally — you have a proven track record of partnering with sales and customer success teams to ensure that marketing initiatives support their goals and drive lasting success. What you'll do
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI at WalkMe, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our AI capabilities — your role will involve defining product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. You will collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to influence product strategy and ensure that new capabilities align with market needs.
You will develop and implement marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of WalkMe's AI solutions — this includes creating content, conducting webinars, and engaging with industry analysts to position WalkMe as a leader in the AI space. Your efforts will help articulate the unique value of our generative and agentic AI capabilities, showcasing how they enhance user experience and productivity.
You will work with global go-to-market teams, including sales and customer success, to equip them with the tools and resources they need to effectively position WalkMe's AI solutions — this includes training, sales enablement materials, and ongoing support to ensure that marketing initiatives translate into successful customer engagements.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics — your insights will inform product development and help shape the future direction of WalkMe's AI offerings. You will also monitor competitive activity and adjust marketing approaches as necessary to maintain a strong market position.
