You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on security — you've designed and implemented security architectures that protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your expertise in cloud security is complemented by hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, allowing you to effectively secure cloud environments. You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, enabling you to automate security processes and develop security tools. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with engineering teams to integrate security practices into the development lifecycle. You are proactive in identifying potential security risks and have a track record of responding to incidents effectively. You are passionate about creating a culture of security awareness within the organization and mentoring junior engineers in security best practices.

Desirable

Experience with incident response and vulnerability management is a plus, as is familiarity with security frameworks such as OWASP. You may have certifications in security domains, which would further enhance your qualifications for this role.

What you'll do
