You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on advertising or growth strategies — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch and understand the intricacies of integrating with various platforms. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive user engagement.
You possess a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including programmatic advertising and partnerships with demand-side and supply-side platforms — you can navigate complex technical integrations and articulate the value of advertising solutions to stakeholders. Your experience in developing compelling product roadmaps and visions aligns with Lyft's strategic goals in the advertising space.
You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments — you have a proven track record of aligning teams around a common vision and driving projects forward. Your communication skills allow you to effectively engage with technical teams, marketing, and external partners to ensure successful product outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with user acquisition and activation strategies is a plus — you understand how to optimize advertising efforts to maximize reach and engagement. What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for Offsite Ads, you will lead the development of integrations that enable advertisers to reach Lyft riders across various third-party channels — your role will involve defining the product vision and roadmap for off-platform advertising initiatives. You will drive the development of new partnerships, working closely with demand-side and supply-side platforms, social media channels, and other technologies to create seamless advertising experiences.
You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth — your insights will guide the prioritization of features and enhancements that align with Lyft's advertising objectives. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will oversee the execution of product development, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and KPIs for offsite advertising initiatives — your analytical mindset will help you assess performance and iterate on strategies to improve outcomes. Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, you will communicate progress and gather feedback to refine product offerings.
What we offer
Lyft offers a competitive salary range of $148,000 - $185,000 for this position, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
