Who you are
You have a strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing your full-stack development expertise — your experience includes building scalable systems and driving projects from inception to production. You are proficient in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, and have a deep understanding of modern front-end and back-end frameworks. Your experience designing and working with scalable databases and APIs sets you apart, and you are well-versed in performance optimization, security, and best practices. You thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in your work.
Desirable
Experience with additional frameworks or languages is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. You are comfortable collaborating with design and product teams to translate ideas into production-ready experiences, and you have a keen interest in the latest technologies and methodologies in software development.
What you'll do
At Lyra, you will build and ship full-stack applications that help companies analyze and control their AI presence in meetings. Your role will involve developing and refining high-quality front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript, while also designing and optimizing back-end systems for performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with design and product teams to ensure that the applications you create are not only functional but also user-friendly and impactful. You will own key technical decisions, ensuring maintainability and long-term impact of the systems you develop.
