You have experience with or a strong desire to learn React Native, and you possess the front-end skills necessary to build beautiful, performant applications. Your passion for delivering high-quality products drives you to continuously improve and innovate, especially in the context of light industrial labor, which is a significant and often overlooked sector.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Engineer at Traba, you will play a crucial role in building the company's core suite of products. You will develop a React Native mobile app for workers and a React/Node.js web app for businesses, ensuring that both platforms are user-friendly and efficient. You will partner closely with the CTO to provide key input on the product roadmap and make critical product decisions that shape the future of the company.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that meet user needs and enhance the overall product experience. You will also be involved in the deployment of the tech platform, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the product and contribute to the company's mission of revolutionizing industrial staffing.
