What you'll do

As Legal Counsel at Lyric, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on various matters related to the company's operations and technology offerings. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and partners, ensuring that all agreements align with the company's strategic goals and legal requirements. You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams to assess legal risks associated with new technologies and product features. Your role will involve staying informed about relevant laws and regulations that impact the business, particularly in the areas of data privacy and intellectual property.

In addition, you will support the company's compliance efforts by developing and implementing policies and procedures that adhere to legal standards. You will conduct legal research and analysis to inform decision-making and provide training to employees on legal matters as needed. Your expertise will help Lyric navigate the complexities of the supply chain AI landscape, ensuring that the company operates within legal boundaries while pursuing its innovative mission.

What we offer

Lyric offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $170,000 - $200,000, with additional variable compensation based on individual and business performance.
