Who you are

You have a minimum of five years of experience as a Legal Counsel, ideally within the high-tech sector, either in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company. You thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders. Your expertise includes providing practical legal guidance across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, supporting internal teams in a fast-paced setting. Experience with SaaS offerings and B2B contract structures is particularly valuable, as you understand the nuances of technology-related legal issues. You are comfortable supporting global operations and have a strong commitment to building smart, scalable technology. What you'll do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support to Cloudinary's various teams, ensuring that all commercial agreements are compliant and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts. Your role will involve advising on legal risks and compliance issues, helping to navigate complex regulatory environments. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will support the company's global operations by providing legal insights on international business transactions and compliance matters. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and enhance operational efficiency.
