Mandolin is hiring a Founding Marketer to define and execute their go-to-market strategy targeting large enterprise healthcare providers. You'll focus on Account-Based Marketing, content creation, and SEO to drive inbound interest. This role is pivotal for shaping the brand image and requires experience in marketing within the healthcare ecosystem.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience as a founding or first marketing hire at a startup. Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers, and specialty pharmacies, is essential. You are comfortable working on or marketing AI/ML products or platforms and possess fluency in design and no-code tools like Figma, Webflow, or Canva. Your mindset is scrappy and experimental, allowing you to iterate quickly and measure what works effectively.

What you'll do

As Mandolin’s first marketing hire, you will work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the go-to-market strategy across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on designing and running Account-Based Marketing campaigns tailored to high-value healthcare accounts, including payers, providers, and specialty pharmacies. You will build scalable content systems, creating case studies, landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, and pitch collateral to drive inbound interest. Additionally, you will optimize and manage SEO efforts to increase visibility and inbound pipeline for high-intent search traffic. Crafting crisp product messaging and positioning will be crucial to communicate our value to technical and operational buyers. You will also own marketing operations and analytics to ensure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
