Experience in healthcare or fintech is a plus, as is familiarity with design-system management at scale. You have a keen interest in automated UI testing and are comfortable implementing processes that ensure high-quality user experiences. What you'll do

In this role, you will own and document the front-end architecture, focusing on Next.js and TypeScript. You will establish best-practice processes, including design-system governance and linting rules, to ensure that every engineer can ship code safely at scale. Your responsibilities will include hardening quality and reliability through Sentry instrumentation and automated regression checks. You will mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews, helping them grow their skills and confidence. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that the frontend aligns with user needs and business goals. Your decisions will shape how dozens of engineers add features and how thousands of clinicians rely on Mandolin in production.
