What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Mark43, you will lead a team of 3-7 engineers in building and maintaining public safety software. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that new features are delivered on time and meet customer needs. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support their professional development and address any challenges they may face.

You will collaborate closely with product management and design teams to align engineering efforts with business goals. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your team and providing guidance on technical decisions. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
