What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Artsy, you will lead a team of 6+ engineers, setting clear goals and cultivating a culture that prioritizes performance and innovation. You will own the hiring pipeline, attracting top talent to join your team. Your role will involve influencing the technical direction of products while actively mentoring your team members.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tools and systems you build support sellers in managing their inventory and collectors in navigating the complexities of evaluation, payment, shipping, and fulfillment. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's success and ensuring that the engineering efforts align with Artsy's mission to transform the art market.
