What you'll do

As the Lead Program Manager for FedRAMP at Mark43, you will take full ownership of the FedRAMP program, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and that the program aligns with the company's mission to empower communities through technology. You will collaborate closely with the Security & Compliance team, leading efforts to implement and maintain compliance frameworks that support the organization's objectives. Your role will involve developing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure successful program delivery.

You will also be responsible for conducting regular assessments of the program's effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. Your leadership will guide the team in navigating the complexities of compliance, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged in the process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all FedRAMP-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
