Who you are
You have a well-rounded background in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and program management, with a history of working with Government agencies. Your experience includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing complex projects effectively. You are skilled in system documentation and understand the nuances of FedRAMP requirements, enabling you to navigate the compliance landscape with ease.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across various teams, including engineering, product, and go-to-market. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time is a key strength. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and developing strategies to address them, ensuring that all FedRAMP program deliverables are met.
What you'll do
As a Senior FedRAMP Program Manager at Veracode, you will be responsible for overseeing the FedRAMP ConMon cycles and ensuring that audits are completed on schedule. You will partner with engineering teams to ensure that FedRAMP requirements are integrated into their backlogs and tracked appropriately. Your role will involve collaborating with GRC and Security Operations teams to ensure that all compliance aspects are addressed and that the FedRAMP platform continues to meet or exceed program requirements.
You will play a crucial role in enabling the go-to-market teams to effectively offer Veracodeβs FedRAMP platform, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and information to succeed. Your expertise will help shape the compliance strategy and drive the successful implementation of FedRAMP initiatives across the organization.
