What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that connect the Mark43 platform to various public safety tools and services. This includes working on APIs that facilitate communication between 911 call centers and state databases, ensuring that operational data is accurate and timely. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define integration requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards. You will also engage in testing and debugging to ensure that integrations function as intended and address any issues that arise promptly.
