You understand the importance of user experience and have worked with design tools like Figma to create intuitive interfaces. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between engineering and design to deliver exceptional products. You have a passion for innovation and are excited about the digital transformation of manufacturing.

Desirable

Experience with 3D printing technologies or content management systems would be a plus. Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, is highly desirable. You are proactive in seeking out best practices in coding standards and system design, and you enjoy mentoring junior engineers to help them grow.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Markforged, you will design, develop, test, and maintain a scalable, multi-tenant web application for managing 3D designs and printers. You will contribute to technical architecture decisions and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code. Your role will involve optimizing performance and implementing new features, including 3D views using WebGL. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products that meet customer needs. You will also have the opportunity to lead initiatives that drive innovation within the company.
