You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in hardware product mass production. Your hands-on experience allows you to effectively liaise between teams and ensure that production processes run smoothly. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with contract manufacturers and internal teams. Your attention to detail ensures that quality systems are maintained throughout the production process, and you are adept at problem-solving to address any challenges that arise.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the mass production of hardware products, ensuring that all aspects of production readiness are met. You will serve as the key liaison between Mashgin and contract manufacturers, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve successful product launches. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality systems and execution to maintain high manufacturing performance.

You will be required to be onsite in San Jose, CA at least two times a week, allowing you to engage directly with the production teams and address any immediate concerns. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring that Mashgin continues to deliver exceptional products to its customers.
