You are a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Go and SQL, thriving on owning projects end-to-end. You enjoy collaborating with teams to develop creative solutions for complex customer challenges, ensuring that the needs of critical organizations are met effectively. Your background includes working with defense, intelligence, and security sectors, where you understand the importance of delivering secure and efficient operations.
You have a proven track record of rapidly iterating to develop solutions and deploying them much quicker than traditional product development lifecycles. Your ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable features is a key strength. You are dedicated to empowering organizations to operate with confidence, reducing risks, and accelerating productivity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and ship bespoke features and integrations that help optimize the value of Mattermost for its top customers. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify future features to bring into the core Mattermost product. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that the deployment process is smooth and efficient.
