What you'll do

As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will lead and architect the technical vision for large enterprise customers' implementations, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the process. You will manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects, partnering directly with Engagement Managers to ensure smooth and timely go-lives. Your role will involve implementing and troubleshooting Clutch solutions across various configurations and client environments, allowing you to leverage your technical expertise to solve novel challenges. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the implementation of products aligns with customer requirements. Your ability to craft exceptional user experiences will be crucial as you support customers during their three to six-month implementations. You will also play a key role in communicating plans and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
