What you'll do

In this role, you will own the data management strategy at Matterworks, partnering with various stakeholders to define a roadmap for data utilization. You will be responsible for establishing processes that ensure the quality and governance of datasets, turning messy data into valuable assets for AI and machine learning applications. You will proactively scout for public and client datasets, integrating them into the data management practice. You will work closely with the data platform and engineering teams to ensure that data onboarding is efficient and that datasets are consistently high quality over time.
