What you'll do
As the Digital Ops Data Manager, you will own the architecture and implementation of MongoDB's Identity Graph and Marketing Touchpoint Repository. You will be responsible for ensuring data availability and optimizing queries to meet service level agreements. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Technology Architect, you will define best practices for the Digital Ops infrastructure and manage integrations with various data sources.
You will partner with the Data Engineering team to ingest raw marketing data and create Silver Layer objects for broader company use. Your role will also involve documenting processes and maintaining operational workflows to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across platforms. You will play a key role in preventing bot traffic from impacting analytics and vendor quotas, ensuring that the data used for decision-making is reliable and actionable.
What we offer
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range of $101,000—$198,000 USD for this role, along with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, and mental health counseling.
