You have a strong background in finance, ideally with experience in business finance or financial management โ you've worked in high-performing teams and understand the complexities of financial operations in a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic financial decisions and ensure governance is top-notch.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex business problems โ your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including CXOs, sets you apart. You are adept at modifying financial plans based on changing business needs and can provide insightful financial support to management.
What you'll do
As the Associate Director - Business Finance, you will lead a team of finance professionals, guiding them in problem discovery and implementing complex business solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies that align with Meesho's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing business development activities according to financial plans and advising on budget modifications as business plans evolve.
